Shipping & logistics

Air and sea freight from the United States and Europe to Iraq, the Gulf and the Levant, with temperature control wherever the product needs it. We prepare the export paperwork, book qualified carriers and track each consignment to the bonded warehouse.

Registration in the target country

Nothing can be sold until it is registered. We prepare the dossier in the format each Ministry of Health expects, obtain the certificates and have them legalised, submit samples and answer the regulator's questions until approval comes through.

Distribution

Once cleared, products go to hospitals and institutions, pharmacies, drug warehouses and wholesalers through our local distribution partners. We work only with partners who hold the licences each market requires.

    Send the product list or tender. We confirm within one business day and send sourcing options as manufacturers reply.

    We secure supply from the manufacturer and put prices, quantities and delivery dates into a contract with you.

    Dossiers go to the Ministry of Health. We follow up until each product is approved.

    Goods travel by air or sea with full documents and temperature records.
